Marina Terms of Service
These terms govern your marina's use of the Tender platform, including invoicing, payment acceptance, and customer management features. By accepting, you agree on behalf of your marina business.
Account & Authority
You represent that you are authorized to bind your marina to these terms. You are responsible for all activity performed by users associated with your marina account, including invoice issuance, customer communications, and payment collection.
Stripe Connected Account
To accept online payments through Tender you must connect a Stripe account and complete Stripe's onboarding (identity verification, banking information, and tax reporting details). You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to Stripe and for maintaining the connected account in good standing.
Tax Collection
You are solely responsible for determining applicable sales and use tax obligations in the jurisdictions where you operate, for configuring tax codes correctly within Tender, and for remitting collected tax to the appropriate authorities.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Tender to process payments for goods or services prohibited by Stripe's restricted business list, to engage in fraudulent activity, or to circumvent chargeback or dispute mechanisms.
Payment Processing
Online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By using Tender, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Connected Account Agreement (for marinas) or Stripe's Terms of Service (for customers). Tender does not store full card numbers; payment credentials are handled by Stripe.
Fees & Disclosures
A platform service fee may be added to each transaction. The fee, if any, is disclosed at checkout before payment is authorized. Tender is not responsible for taxes assessed on the underlying services — marinas are solely responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes.
Refunds & Disputes
Refund eligibility, cancellation windows, and dispute resolution are set by the marina and communicated outside of Tender. Tender facilitates payment processing but is not a party to the underlying service agreement between marina and customer.
Limitation of Liability
Tender is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tender and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
